News Appointment of a new CEO
OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY (formerly known as OCTOPUS ROBOTS), expert in artificial intelligence and manufacturer of autonomous robots dedicated to human health and animal welfare, brings to the attention of the public the changes made within its management and its Board of Administration.
By decision of April 16, 2021, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Bertrand VERGNE Chairman and CEO of OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY. An agronomist by training, he joined the company in January 2020 as Deputy CEO. He is especially responsible for carrying out the necessary restructuring of the company. The priority now is commercial development in promising disinfection markets as well as animal welfare.
Mr. Bertrand VERGNE replaces Mr. Olivier SOMVILLE who no longer performs any functions within the company OCTOPUS BIOSAFETY.
